Hibernation Plan
The Hibernation Plan allows you to take your website offline for an extended period of time while preserving your website data, domain name registration (if registered through QiSites), and domain DNS settings. The Hibernation Plan is offered for users who need to step away from their practice for three months or longer.
When an account is enrolled in the Hibernation Plan, you will not have login access to the website builder. Visitors will see a system-generated "Coming Soon" message.

- Hibernated accounts must maintain accurate and up-to-date billing details. To update payment information on a hibernated account, please reach out to support for a billing system link.

Restore a Hibernated Account
To restore a hibernated account, please reach out to support. Your account will be restored to the billing plan that was active prior to hibernation. Please allow two business days for account restoration.

- Can I customized the "Coming Soon" message? No, the Coming Soon message is system generated and cannot be customized at this time.
- Can I enable the Hibernation plan for one month? No, the Hibernation Plan is intended for extended periods of three months or more.
- Can I log in to my account during hibernation? No, account login is not possible during hibernation.
